Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 4 March 2024, until 17:00 on 30 August 2024, is to impose a prohibition of waiting on either side of Morningside Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with Great Western Road to the Mannofield Water Treatment Works access at the side of number 12 Morningside Road.
