Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
From 05:00 on 16 February, 2024, until 23:00 on 19 April, 2024, is to close the access road from Balnagask Circle adjacent to 15 Balnagask Circle, Aberdeen, between its junction with Balnagask Circle to the rear of 7 Balnagask Circle. There will also be a prohibition of waiting at any time on either side of the same stretch of road. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during installation works by Vital Energy for Aberdeen Heat and Power.
