Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:30 on 6th May, 2024, until 15:30 on 10th May, 2024, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Cairnlee Road, Aberdeen, from the entrance to Simeon Care for the Elderly to the entrance to Cairnlee House, Local Access only.
The measure is necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by BT Openreach.
