Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on 29 February, 2024, until 20:00 on 10 June, 2024, is to close Balnagask Circle, Aberdeen, on the slip road to 71-81 Balnagask Circle. There will also be a prohibition of waiting at any time on either side of the same stretch of road. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
