Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 19 December 2022, until 17:00 on 23 December 2022, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on either side of Thorngrove Place, Aberdeen, on the entire roundabout, clockwise from the car park access between numbers 1-9 and numbers 10-18 Thorngrove Place, to the driveway at number 48 Thorngrove Place. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works for BT Openreach.
