Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 29 September, 2022 until 18:00 on 1 October, 2022, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of View Terrace, Aberdeen between the south boundary of 1A View Terrace and the north boundary of 7 View Terrace. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during remedial works for Openreach.
