Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 19 September 2022, until 17:00 on 02 October 2022, is to impose temporary prohibition of driving on Kirkbrae Drive, Aberdeen, in its entirety for the duration of the works. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of road. This will operate between 04:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday, for the durations of the works. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. Local access will be maintained when possible and safe to do so The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works.
