Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 08 August, 2022, until 17:00 on 02 October, 2022, is to impose prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of Albyn Grove between its junction with Union Grove and Albyn Place.The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC footway resurfacing works.
