Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:00 until 16:00 on 22 July 2022, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on either side of Broomhill Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Duthie Terrace and Hammerfield Avenue. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works for Scottish Water.
