Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 27 June, 2022, until 18:00 on 4 July, 2022, is to close Belmont Street, Aberdeen, between the south boundary of 37 Belmont Street and the north boundary of 51 Belmont Street. There will also be a prohibition of waiting at any time on either side of Little Belmont Street, Aberdeen. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. During this time, the existing one-way restriction on Little Belmont Street, Aberdeen, will be suspended. A one-way restriction, eastbound, will be imposed on Little Belmont Street, Aberdeen.
