(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) ORDER 2022

Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:00 on 23rd June, 2022, until 17:00 on 25th June, 2022 and also from 09:00 on 27th June, 2022, until 17:00 on 2nd July, 2022, is to impose a temporary one-way restriction on Hardgate, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Justice Mill Lane and Willowbank Road. The permitted direction of travel will be northbound only. An alternative route for southbound vehicles is available via Justice Mill Lane, Holburn Street and Willowbank Road.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the same stretch of road
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time. Aberdeen City Council maintain the right to reduce this to 50m on any site should they see it as necessary to maintain public safety/access.
