Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 08 February, 2022, until 17:00 on 13 March, 2022, is to make Rubislaw Park Road, Aberdeen, one-way between its junctions Queen's Road and Springfield Avenue. The direction of flow will be Southbound only. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Rubislaw Park Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions Queen's Road and Springfield Avenue. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during footway resurfacing works by ACC.
