Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 10 January, 2022, until 17:00 on 14 January, 2022, is to close Erroll Street, Aberdeen, between its junction with Seaforth Road and east boundary of 50 Erroll Street. There will also be a prohibition of waiting at any time on either side of Erroll Street, Aberdeen, between south boundary of 58 Erroll Street. and east boundary of 50 Erroll Street. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by KNN for Openreach.
