Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on Monday, 29 November 2021, until 18:00 on Friday, 3 December 2021, is to close Charleston Road, Aberdeen, between two points 10 metres either side of its northern junction with Charleston Crescent. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during kerb re-alignment and carriageway resurfacing works.
