Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 20:00 on 11 October, 2021 until 07:00 on 24 October, 2021, is to impose a prohibition of driving on Wellheads Crescent, Aberdeen, from Wellheads Way to Wellheads Drive between the hours of 20:00 and 07:00. Access will be maintained to local business' only when possible. Expect delays. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of carriageway for any purpose for the same duration of the works. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works.
