Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 06 September, 2021, until 08:00 on 16 September, 2021, is to impose a one-way restriction on Anderson Drive (A92), Aberdeen, between its junctions with Queen's Road and King's Gate. The permitted direction of travel will be Northbound only. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of carriageway for the duration of the work. There will also be a Northbound fast lane closure from 04:00 on 06 September, 2021, until 17:00 on 12 September, 2021. The measures are in the interests of public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works.
