Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 26 July, 2021 until 17:00 on 06 August, 2021, is to impose a prohibition of driving on Elphinstone Road, Aberdeen, between St Machar Drive and Meston Walk. There will also be a prohibition of driving on Meston Walk between its junction with Elphinstone Road and Bedford Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretches of carriageways for any purpose for the duration of the works. There will also be a suspension of the one way system on Meston Walk between Bedford Road and Elphinstone Road. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works..
