Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 19 June, 2021, until 18:00 on 21 August, 2021, is to close Sinclair Road, Aberdeen, will be closed, between its junctions with Greyhope Road and Baxter Street. During this time, the parking on either side of the same stretch of road, will be suspended. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. During this order the Baxter Street junction will be closed for two days. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during water main installation works by Nicol of Skene for the Aberdeen Harbour project. Alternative Route: An alternative route is available via Victoria Road, South Esplanade East, Crombie Place and Sinclair Road.
