Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 31 May, 2021 until 17:00 on 11 June, 2021, is to impose a prohibition of driving on on Souter Head Road, Aberdeen, between Altens Roundabout up to and including Souter Head Roundabout. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side for any purpose on the same stretch of carriageway. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC carriageway resurfacing works.
