Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 19:30 on 8th June, 2021 until 06:00 on 9th June, 2021, Regent Quay, Aberdeen will be closed between its junctions with Marischal Street and Weigh-House Square. There will also be a prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of Marischal Street, Aberdeen, between its junction with Regent Quay and the north boundary of 47 Marischal Street, from 10:00 on 8 June, 2021, until 06:00 on 9 June, 2021. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs to ironworks by Kier for Scottish Water.
