Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 18:00 on 10 April, 2021, until 17:00 on 11 April, 2021, is to suspend parking for any purpose on either side of Crown Terrace, Aberdeen, between its north junction with Crown Lane and its junction with St. Johns Place. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. From 08:00 until 17:00 on 11 April, 2021, no person shall drive, or cause or permit any vehicle to be driven on Crown Terrace, Aberdeen, between its north junction with Crown Lane and its junction with St. Johns Place. Also, from 12:00 until 17:00 on 11 April, 2021, no person shall drive, or cause or permit any vehicle to be driven on St. Johns Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Crown Lane and Crown Terrace.
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during sewer repair works by Scottish Water.
