Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 15 March, 2021, until 17:00 on 26 March, 2021, is to suspend parking on North side of Albyn Place, Aberdeen, between Rubislaw Terrace and Rubislaw Place. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC tree stump removal works. A temporary pedestrian crossing will be provided on Albyn Place at the West entrance of Harlaw Academy.
