Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the north side of Woodlands Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Dyce Drive and Woodlands Drive from 07:00 on 15th March, 2021, until 18:00 on 17th March, 2021, and also on the north side of Woodlands Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Woodlands Drive to opposite the boundary between unit 6 and 7 Woodlands Road from 07:00 on 18th March, 2021, until 18:00 on 19th March, 2021.
The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones.
The measures are necessary to protect public safety during City Fibre duct laying works.
