Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 25 January 2021, until 17:00 on 29 January 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of School Crescent, Peterculter, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 12 and 14 School Crescent to the western boundary of number 22 School Crescent, and also on either side of Cairn Road, Peterculter, Aberdeen, from its junction with School Crescent to the boundary between numbers 6 and 8 Cairn Road. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works for BT Openreach.
