Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 12 January 2021, until 17:00 on 01 February 2021, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Cummings Park Crescent, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 46-48 and 50-52 Cummings Park Crescent to the boundary between numbers 54-56 and 58-60 Cummings Park Crescent. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during sewer connection works.
