Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following streets: Mastrick Drive, Aberdeen, between its junction with Croft Place and the boundary between number 131 and 133 Mastrick Drive from 08:00 on 13th January, 2021, until 17:00 on 14th January, 2021. An alternative route is available via Arnage Drive and New Park Road; Arnage Drive, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Arnage Gardens and New Park Road from 08:00 on 15th January, 2021, until 17:00 on 16th January, 2021. An alternative route is available via New Park Road, Mastrick Drive and East Main Avenue; East Main Avenue, Aberdeen, between its junction with Arnage Drive and the gable end of number 40 East Main Avenue from 08:00 on 18th January, 2021, until 17:00 on 19th January, 2021. An alternative route is available via Arnage Drive, New Park Road and Mastrick Drive; Mastrick Drive, Aberdeen, between its junction with Arnage Drive and the boundary between number 131 and 133 Mastrick Drive from 08:00 on 20th January, 2021, until 17:00 on 21st January, 2021. An alternative route is available via Arnage Drive and New Park Road; Arnage Drive, Aberdeen, between its junction with Croft Terrace and the boundary between number 103 and 105 Arnage Drive from 08:00 on 25th January, 2021, until 17:00 on 26th January, 2021. An alternative route is available via Croft Terrace, Croft Road and Mastrick Drive; Croft Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junction with Arnage Drive and the gable end of number 20 Croft Terrace from 08:00 on 27th January, 2021, until 17:00 on 28th January, 2021. An alternative route is available via Arnage Drive, Mastrick Drive and Croft Road; Greenfern Place Lane West, Aberdeen, between its junction with Greenfern Road and a point 15 metres in a southerly direction. An alternative route is available via Greenfern Road, Fernhill Drive and Arnage Drive and also the one-way restriction on Greenfern Place Lane West, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Greenfern Road and Arnage Drive will be suspended from 08:00 on 29th January, 2021, until 17:00 on 30th January, 2021; Arnage Drive, Aberdeen, between its junctions with New Park Place and New Park Road from 08:00 on 2nd February, 2021, until 17:00 on 3rd February, 2021. An alternative route is available via New Park Road and Mastrick Drive; New Park Road, Aberdeen, from the boundary between 6 and 8 New Park Road to the boundary between 14 and 16 New Park Road from 08:00 on 4th February, 2021, until 17:00 on 5th February, 2021. An alternative route is available via Mastrick Drive, East Main Avenue and Arnage Drive; New Park Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Arnage Drive and the gable end of number 32 New Park Road from 08:00 on 8th February, 2021, until 17:00 on 9th February, 2021. An alternative route is available via Arnage Drive, East Main Avenue and Mastrick Drive; Fernhill Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Fernhill Drive and the gable end of number 2 Fernhill Road from 08:00 on 10th February, 2021, until 17:00 on 11th February, 2021. An alternative route is available via Fernhill Drive, Greenfern Road and Greenfern Avenue. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Arnage Drive, Arnage Gardens, Croft Road, Croft Terrace, East Main Avenue, Fernhill Drive, Fernhill Road, Greenfern Road, Hillylands Road, Mastrick Drive, Mastrick Junction, Mastrick Road, New Park Place, New Park Road, Spey Terrace, Upper Mastrick Way, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 13th January, 2021, until 17:00 on 23rd February, 2021. Due to any ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, the no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 50 metres at a time.
