Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 21:00 in the evening until 06:00 the following morning on eight consecutive nights from 21:00 on Tuesday, 27 October 2020, until 06:00 on Wednesday, 4 November 2020, is to impose a temporary one-way restriction on the A92 Mugiemoss Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with the Haudagain Roundabout and the U175C Mugiemoss Road. The permitted direction of travel will be east and southbound only. An alternative route is available via the A96 Great Northern Road, Auchmill Road, Oldmeldrum Road, and the C48C Mugiemoss Road. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works for BT Openreach.
