Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 18:00 on 12 October, 2020, until 08:00 on 13 October, 2020, is to close the access road to Aberdeen City Council Kittybrewster yard, Aberdeen, between its junction with Powis Terrace and a point twenty metres or thereby, east of this junction. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on the south-east side of Belmont Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Powis Terrace and Berryden Road. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by Keir for Scottish Water.
