Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 30 September, 2020, until 16:00 on 6 October, 2020, is to close Kerloch Gardens, Aberdeen, from its junction with Balnagask Road for its whole length. During this time, there will be a prohibition of waiting at any time on either side of the same stretch of road on Kerloch Gardens, Aberdeen. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by Scottish Water.
