Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following streets: Dunbennan Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Balloch Way and the boundary between number 5 and 7 Dunbennan Road from 07:00 on 12th October, 2020, until 17:00 on 13th October, 2020. An alternative route is available via Balloch Way, Muirton Crescent, Craignook Road and Ardlair Terrace; Muirton Crescent, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Balloch Way and Milleath Walk from 07:00 on 14th October, 2020, until 17:00 on 15th October, 2020. An alternative route is available via Balloch Way, Craignook Road and Milleath Walk; Craignook Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Balloch Way and Milleath Walk from 07:00 on 19th October, 2020, until 17:00 on 20th October, 2020. An alternative route is available via Balloch Way, Muirton Crescent and Milleath Walk; Ardlair Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junction with Balloch Way and the boundary between number 3 and 5 Ardlair Terrace from 07:00 on 21st October, 2020, until 17:00 on 22nd October, 2020. An alternative route is available via Balloch Way and Craignook Road. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 07:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Ardlair Terrace, Balloch Way, Craignook Road, Dunbennan Road, Muirton Crescent, Aberdeen from 07:00 on 12th October, 2020, until 17:00 on 30th October, 2020. Due to any ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, the no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 50 metres at a time.
