Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following streets;
Bonnyview Drive, Aberdeen, between its junction with Bonnyview Place and the gable end of number 74 Bonnyview Drive from 08:00 on 21st April, 2020, until 17:00 on 22nd April, 2020. An alternative route is available via Provost Rust Drive and Bonnyview Road; Howes Drive, Aberdeen, between its western junction with Howes Crescent and Bonnyview Drive from 08:00 on 23rd April, 2020, until 17:00 on 24th April, 2020. An alternative route is available via Bonnyview Drive, Provost Rust Drive and Howes Crescent; Bonnyview Drive, Aberdeen, between the entrance to the car park for numbers 106-120 Bonnyview Drive and the entrance to the car park for numbers 122-140 Bonnyview Drive from 08:00 on 4th May, 2020, until 17:00 on 5th May, 2020. An alternative route is available via Provost Rust Drive and Bonnyview Road; Bonnyview Drive, Aberdeen, between its junction with Bonnyview Road and the boundary between number 176 and 178 Bonnyview Drive from 08:00 on 6th May, 2020, until 17:00 on 7th May, 2020. An alternative route is available via Provost Rust Drive and Bonnyview Road.
The one-way restriction on the following streets will be suspended; Howes Crescent, Aberdeen, between its eastern and western junctions with Howes Drive; Howes Drive, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Howes Crescent and Bonnyview Drive from 08:00 on 23rd April, 2020, until 17:00 on 24th April, 2020.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Bonnyview Drive, Bonnyview Road, Davidson Drive, Howes Crescent, Howes Drive, Howes Park, Howes Place, Provost Rust Drive, Smithyhaugh Road, Springhill Road, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 16th April, 2020, until 17:00 on 27th May, 2020.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
The no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time.
