Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Harlaw Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junction with Harlaw Place and the boundary between number 5 and 7 Harlaw Terrace from 08:00 on 4th May, 2020, until 17:00 on 5th May, 2020. An alternative route is available via Harlaw Place, Bayview Road South and Harlaw Road.
The one-way restrictions on Queens Lane North, Aberdeen, between the junction with Forest Road and the entrance to numbers 52-59 Queens Lane North will be suspended from 08:00 on 16th April, 2020, until 17:00 on 17th April, 2020 and from 08:00 on 20th April, 2020, until 17:00 on 21st April, 2020.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Bayview Road, Bayview Road South, Forest Avenue, Forest Road, Fountainhall Road, Gladstone Place, Harlaw Place, Harlaw Road, Harlaw Terrace, Queens Gardens, Queens Lane North, Queens Lane South, Queens Road, Rubislaw Den South, Spademill Lane, Spademill Road, St Swithin Street, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 6th April, 2020, until 17:00 on 17th May, 2020.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
The no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time.
