Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 16th March 2020 to 17:30 on 24th April 2020, is to impose a prohibition of waiting on Girdleness Road on the southside from no.96 to no 122 Girdleness Road. The restrictions are necessary to protect public safety during ACC footway resurfacing works.
