Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the Order, which will operate from 07:30 until 18:00 on 17 November 2019, is to make Holburn Street, Aberdeen, one-way, between its junctions with Fonthill Road and Willowbank Road. The direction of flow will be northbound only. Fonthill Road, Aberdeen, will also be one-way, between its junctions with Holburn Street and Hardgate. The direction of flow will be westbound only
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works to a Telecom mast.

Alternative Route: An alternative Route for southbound vehicles isvia Great Western Road and Holburn Road. An alternative route for eastbound vehicles is available via Holburn Street, Union Street, Bon Accord Street and Fonthill Road.
