Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 0730 on 21st October 2019 to 1700 on 23rd November 2019 , is to impose a prohibition of driving on Deansloch Crescent, Aberdeen between Byron Avenue and Kettlehills Road, Aberdeen. There will also be a prohibition of waiting between 0730 and 1700 Monday to Friday. The restrictions are necessary to protect public safety during ACC footway repairs.
