Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 0700 on 30th September, 2019 till 1730 on 22nd November, 2019, is to impose a prohibition of driving on Crown Crescent, Aberdeen between the junction with Coronation Road and Coronation Road. There is also a prohibition of waiting between 07:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. The restrictions are necessary to protect public safety during ACC footway repairs.
