Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 30 November, 2019, until 18:00 on 1 December, 2019 and again from 07:30 on 7 December, 2019, until 18:00 on 8 December, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Ashley Park Drive, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Great Western Road and the south boundary of 8 Ashley Park Drive. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. There will also be no waiting on either side of the same stretch of road. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during telecom mast refurbishment works.
