Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 18:00 on 9 June, 2019 until 18:00 on 10 June, 2019, is to suspend the parking on either side of Erskine Street, Aberdeen, between the north- east boundary of 47 to 51 Erskine Street and the south boundary of 37/39 Erskine Street. Street. From 07:30 until 18:00 on 10 June, 2019 there will also be a prohibition of driving Erskine Street, Aberdeen, between its junction with Bedford Place and the south boundary of 37/39 Erskine Street.
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by British Telecom.
