Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 26 April, 2019, until 08:00 on 27 April, 2019, and from 08:00 on 4 May, 2019, until 20:00 on 5 May, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the C55C Pitmedden Road, Aberdeen, between Dyce Churchyard access road and Beidlestone Cottages. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during telecom mast removal works for Network Rail. Alternative Route: An alternative route is available via Dyce Drive, Airport Road, A96 Inverurie Road, B973 Main Road, and the U58C Caskieben Road.
