Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 62(1) of the Roads Scotland Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 until 17:00 on 1 June, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of Countesswells Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with the Slopefield Roundabout and the east boundary of 188 Countesswells Road, and on either side of Countesswells Avenue, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Countesswells Road, and Countesswells Crescent, and also on either side of Airyhall Avenue, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Countesswells Road and Airyhall Drive. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during Robert Gordons College Sports Day.
