Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the Woodside House access road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with the A92 Mugiemoss Road and Hutcheon Low Place. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on Hutcheon Low Place, Aberdeen, between its junction with the Woodside House access road and a point 35m in a northerly direction. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during carriageway reconstruction and service diversion works, and to maintain access to properties. Alternative Route: An alternative route is available via the A92 Mugiemoss Road, Hutcheon Low Drive, and Hutcheon Low Place.
