Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 19 November 2018 until 20:00 on 26 May, 2019, is to impose a one-way restriction on Pittodrie Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Pittodrie Lane and Ardarroch Road. The direction of flow will be eastbound. Lifting vehicles associated with the development will be exempt from this restriction. There will also be a prohibition of waiting at any time on either side of Pittodrie Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Pittodrie Lane and Ardarroch Road. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
There will also be a temporary 10mph speed restriction imposed on Pittodrie Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with King Street and Ardarroch Road. Pittodrie Lane, Aberdeen, will also have a one-way restriction between its junctions with Merkland Road East and Pittodrie Place. The direction of flow will be northbound.

The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during building construction and utility installation works by Robertson Construction.
