Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose: 1. a temporary prohibition of right turn manoeuvres from Union Street, Aberdeen, on to Union Terrace, from 19:00 on Sunday 4 November, 2018, until 07:30 on Tuesday 6 November, 2018. 2. Dee Street, Aberdeen, will be closed between its junction with Union Street and Langstane Place from 04:45 on Tuesday 6 November, 2018, until 07:30 on Wednesday 7 November, 2018. 3. Bon-Accord Street, Aberdeen, will be closed between its junctions with Union Street and Langstane Place from 04:45 on Wednesday 7 November, 2018, until 07:30 on Thursday 8 November, 2018. 4. Union Row, Aberdeen, will be closed between its junctions with Union Street and Union Wynd, from 18:00 on Thursday 8 November, 2018, until 07:30 on Friday 9 November, 2018. The existing one-way system will be suspended to allow egress from properties. 5. Crown Street, Aberdeen, will be closed between its junctions with Union Street and Langstane Place, from 19:00 on Thursday 8 November, 2018, until 06:00 on Friday 9 November, 2018. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during carriageway resurfacing works on Union Street.
