Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 13 November, 2018, until 22:00 on 14 November, 2018, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on The Chanonry, Aberdeen, between the access to St Machar Cathedral and Tillydrone Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on the same stretch of road. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. Access to properties will be maintained. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during tree removal works.
