Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order, which will operate from is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following streets;
Kincorth Place, Aberdeen, between its western junction with Covenanters Row and the gable end on number 46 Kincorth Place from 08:00 on 19th October, 2018, until 17:00 on 20th October, 2018.
Covenanters Row, Aberdeen, between its junction with Abbotswell Drive and a point 20 metres in a northerly direction from 08:00 on 24th October, 2018, until 17:00 on 25th October, 2018. Deevale Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Abbotswell Drive and a point 20 metres in a southerly direction from 08:00 on 5th November, 2018, until 17:00 on 6th November, 2018. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Abbotswell Drive, Covenanters Row, Deevale Crescent, Deevale Road, Faulds Crescent, Faulds Gate, Kincorth Place, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 12th October, 2018, until 17:00 on 23rd November, 2018.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The no-waiting restrictions will only be implemented as and when required and will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time.
The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre

Alternative Route: 1. An alternative route is available via eastern junction with Covenanters Row;
2. An alternative route is available via Provost Watt Drive;
3. An alternative route is available via Abbotswell Drive, Provost Watt Drive, Faulds Gate and Deevale Terrace.
