Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL HEREBY GIVES NOTICE UNDER THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1984 OF TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC.
In the interests of public safety during urgent drainage works being carried out by Aberdeen City Council from 09:30 on 23 July, 2018, until 18:00 on 27 July, 2018, there will be a prohibition of waiting on the west side of Victoria Street, Dyce, Aberdeen, from the build out at number 37-39 Victoria Street to the boundary between numbers 53 and 57 Victoria Street. Tesco vehicles shall be exempt while loading or unloading. There will be a prohibition of waiting on the east side of Victoria Street, Dyce, Aberdeen, from the existing double yellow lines at numbers 38-42 Victoria Street to the boundary between numbers 54 and 56 Victoria Street. There will be a prohibition of loading or unloading on the east side of Victoria Street, Dyce, Aberdeen, at the layby between Tesco and numbers 37-39 Victoria Street.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The Council regrets any inconvenience that
may be caused by this temporary measure.
