Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 6th August, 2018, until 17:00 on 6th September, 2018 is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 daily; Abbotswell Crescent, Covenanters Drive, Kincorth Crescent, Kincorth Gardens, Corthan Drive, Corthan Crescent, Corthan Place, Cairngorm Crescent and Valley Gardens, Aberdeen.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The no-waiting restrictions will only be implemented as and when required and will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time.
The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
