Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 05:00 on 5 May, 2018, until 08:00 on 18 June, 2018, is to impose a temporary 10mph speed restriction on Formartine Road, Aberdeen, and Tedder Road, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 74-84 and 86-96 Tedder Road to a point 200 metres east of the junction of Formartine Road and Harris Drive. The measure is necessary to protect public safety while a temporary carriageway surface is in place.
