Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 62(1) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984.and under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 18:00 on 9 March, 2018 until 20:00 on 10 March, 2018, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Thistle Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Rose Street and Chapel Street. From 06:00 until 20:00 on 10 March, 2018, there will be a temporary prohibition of driving on Thistle Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Rose Street and Chapel Street.
