Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 until 22:00 on 21st March, 2018, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Seafield Drive West, Aberdeen, between its junction with Seafield Road and a point 10 metres in a northerly direction. and also on Seafield Gardens, Aberdeen, between its junction with Seafield Road and a point 5 metres in a southerly direction. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Seafield Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Wellbrae Terrace and Seafield Avenue. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense The measures are necessary to protect public safety during BT Openreach works. An alternative route north is available via Countesswells Road and Wellbrae Terrace. An alternative route south is available via Seafield Crescent and Seafield Drive East
